Meet Paige Mullins, LICSW...
Paige is a licensed independent clinical social worker who is motivated to support individuals and their families toward healing and well-being. She believes in a person-centered approach to therapy that is collaborative, empathetic, and hopeful. Paige approaches her therapeutic work with curiosity and compassion and strives to recognize each person’s unique experiences, self-determination, self- expression, and growth.
Paige received her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Willamette University and a Master of Social Work (Mental Health) from the University of Washington. She has clinical experience in treating: anxiety disorders, depressive/mood disorders, adjustment issues, trauma, and other socio-emotional and behavioral concerns in children, tweens, teens, and adults.
While her therapeutic approach is dynamic and dependent on each individual’s needs, she often uses principles informed by a range of modalities, such as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She is also trained in Helping the Non-Compliant Child (HNC) to assist with behavior management in children and provide parenting support. Paige is currently a telehealth only provider.
